Re: Outbreak

Yea i've been starring at that for ages and havn't got round to it yet. I think its because i made the model non-solid, maybe if i make it solid again it will be ok. If not i will use block light like you said.

I don't think whether a model is solid or not has any effect on whether or not it casts a shadow. Is the orange light partly inside the model?

Re: Outbreak

Ok the light was slightly in the model like you say, gimme a few mins to compile and check it. Also put Block light in for good measure.

Just remember colour correction only applies for DX9 cards, so it won't appear on DX8 cards, just a tip incase you want everyone to see it, but some won't.

Re: Outbreak

Ok, i've hit a bit of a brick wall at the moment because although i had a storyline at the start it just seem that great now that ive made most of the map so im trying to think of a decent storyline and a reason for where i am when i start thew map. My imagination isnt that great, so please bare with me while i grind my brain.

If you need any help give me a call. I can come up with a storyline for most anything on the spot.... although it might take a few tries before I actually come up with a storyline that you like haha.
