I hate you Ambient_Generic

.
How do I make a custom sound STOP, when I trigger the Ambient_Generic to STOP playing?

But sense I'm asking that, I might as well also ask;
How do I make a custom sound LOOP, when I trigger the Ambient_Generic to PLAY with the LOOP flag checked?
Sense that might be an issue later on.

Cool, thanks.
Killing it is a potential problem in this case, I'm useing it for playing a song, the problem is there are 16 available for the player to play.
Whenever I trigger 1 to play, I want the other 15 to stop playing, Killing it would make it so the player can no longer play it, but letting it play is also a killer because for some reason if I have 4 or more ambient generic songs playing at once it completely lags up my computer...

Should I be useing Soundscape for this?

No.

Not much else I can say, nothing you can really do. You might just have to make it so once one track is playing the others are disabled until that one is finished.
Or, add the mp3 player that's already in the SDK code, just needs to be compiled. Although you don't have the src to the current dlls you have... (neither do I :()
So if you wanna get new code you need to loose the other dlls.

Good thinking, I'll do that, thanks.

Cant do the mp3 player, it would kinda take the point out of the option. :t3razz:
